    Hagler v 175 era Spinks would've been a great fight,although I don't know if Marvin would have the same pop at the higher weight.

    I know that history shows Sanchez as a genuine ATG,but I felt McGuigan-Sanchez(allowing for McGuigan being on the scene slightly later) and also McGuigan-Nelson were potentially great fights.
    Not saying for a second he wins but for a short time,McGuigan was a thrilling world class fighter.

    And Arguello-Duran at the right time would have been great.
    Ray would've tapped Pryor's ass.

    Nice ones. I'll add Foreman vs. Holmes. Would have been a great fight in three different decades: 1970's, 1980's, or 1990's.

    i take this. for me jones-tyson would have been bigger than pacquiao-mayweather.

    I mean from 1999 till 2002 would have been the perfect time, roy always in super shape and from the ruiz fight you could tell he had no problems making heavyweight, was strong, fast and beaten up ruiz. against the version of mike that beat up savarese :D oh yeah, great fight.
