Am I missing something because as far as I'm aware Fury not pulled out of purse bids as of yet, don't get me wrong i think he might, if the Haye fights there for him, and you can understand that to be fair to him.

 

The most boring ****ing bull**** on this forum is someone not taking a fight automatically indicates ducking. Haye is every bit as dangerous a fighter as Pulev, deciding to fight him over Pulev is hardly ducking anyone, in fact i give Fury a better chance against Pulev than Haye, though i think both beat him.

Even Pulev promotor has said he'd fully understand Fury fighting Haye instead as long as the IBF sanction Pulev as mandatory, which they absolutly should, and should have a long time ago.

Anyway can you provide a link to say Fury has pulled out of purse bids or not

You fully well know that he hasn't backed out of purse bids but in your opening post stated that Fury has backed out the fight :huh

Anyway I suspect you are right that Fury will fight Haye not Pulev, but again it's hardly ducking.

He's taking a fight against Haye that he is highly likely to lose for a **** load more money than a fight against Pulev, which he probably loses as well. He's hardly avoiding Pulev to fight some bum for a mandatory spot but someone who is ranked higher than Pulev by the likes of the ring and the transitional boxing rankings i believe. If he decides to fight someone like Helenius instead of Pulev then I'd agree with you that it's looks like he's avoiding Pulev.

As for Pulev really hope he gets his shot at Wlad soon, he's a quality fighter and has perhaps the best chance of beating him IMO

 

i would say mansour. nobody wants to fight a 40 something fighter who packs a punch and brings no $ to the table

 

I'm maybe being dense, and I may offend a few, but I can't see fury as a serious contender. He might, just might, land one of the alphabets when the Ks retire, but his best bet at a payday might be heading for them now.

IMO, Pulev grants him the quickest shot, but I, personally can't see him getting through Pulev. His other possible route has him going through Haye, which would offer a good financial reward in itself, but again I just can't see him winning.

Finally, he could slow down his hype-train (if his team truly believe in his potential) and build up a bit:- this should offer the greatest long term reward, but given the traditional impatience of his UK fan base might backfire.

Back to topic. Yeah, I can't see any of the heavies that actually want a piece of Pulev, for me he's the top of the bunch behind the Ks, alongside Povetkin, and even Alex/Wlad's not proving an easy one to finalise apparently.

Fury would give Pulev a hell of a fight if not beat him. Honestly the Fury who schooled Kevin Johnson would probably beat Pulev. Fury when he boxes is 10x better than slow and talentless stiffs like Ustinov and Dimitrenko.

 

So why not fight Pulev beat him and after that have a fight with Wladimir?
It seems Fury is not so confident about winning a fight against Pulev.
After Cunningham he said he wants Pulev. So what happend now?
