I see providnikov getting Floyd for 9/14

    Floyd doesn't seem any closer to getting the alvarez fight for
    septmenber and the clock is ticking. He needs to sell tickets
    because he has to live up to the mega deal he made with showtime
    which didn't get off to a good start w/ the ghost. Against RP, I
    think the boxing world is still buzzing about the fight w/ him and
    timonthy bradley to the point where along with ruslan being a white
    hype, that Floyd promotions can sell this fight and make it a safe
    floyd type of risk/reward ratio. Don't be suprised if this fight is announced
    in 3-4 weeks time.

    If it's Maidana, that's a likely possibility. In fact, it is an easier sell than the smaller Garcia.

    You see an unknown fighter who just lost his last fight, getting Floyd for his September 14th fight where he is guaranteed $32million?

    If Mayweather does actually fight in September it will either be Canelo, Alexander or Khan, the winner of Lopez Maidana possibly although I doubt it.
