It was his second fight at WW.. and he wasn't taller , lengthier guy then Cotto. Seriously why does this fight need a catchweight other then Floyd trying to drain a guy who has a hard time making weight already?

    Not cool at all.

What was worse though was Cotto coming off of beatings and Pacquiao still needing catchweights vs Margarito and Cotto. Shameless :verysad

Wow, Canelo is stupid for agreeing to this. Floyd doesn't have a belt at 152 lbs. he has it at 154 lbs. This is so ****ing stupid. Floyd needs to retire if he's going to do this. Now it's settled: *****s=New Pacturds.

    It's a fair catchweight.

  7. I will answer you. There is a big difference to a midget doing it and jumping pretty much 3 divisions to fight ODLH, or taking on a WW champ after ONE fight at WW. To Fraud doing it after fighting at SWW on more occasions.
However I am happy Fraud is fighting someone who many think he should face. It is NOT a cherry pick even at a catch weight.

So one pound is the difference maker on your behalf as ammo to use against mayweather? Talk about grasping for straws. And how does that change the fact that DLH was not only way past it, but was a complete zombie on the day of the fight from the weight cut?

Why did Pac need to drain Cotto?

but he already fought at the WW limit. He was clearly trying to take something out of Cotto by making him shed more weight. Just as Floyd is doing here.

with all due respect, isn't it weird that you're attacking this fight because there's a catchweight? considering you're a pac fan?

at least we have another good fight to look forward to this year. especially considering it's a superfight that nobody thought we'd get.

I bashed on PAC for all his catch weight fights so I have to be consistent and call this BS. I would feel different if Floyd had never fought at 154 and never claimed to be the 154 pound champion but he did. Why call yourself the 154 pound champion if your not willing to fight at 154 when the fight is dangerous. You just open yourself to criticism and not getting full credit for the win.

Why do people respond to this guy? Just let it die.
