1.1-1.4 million honestly, Everyone i asked that are 'casual fans' of boxing have no clue who Canelo is. And with the Guerrero fight as hyped as it was and not delivering . . . i think it turned more of the casual fan base off from watching another Mayweather fight. I guess if they throw a **** load of advertising at this event, it would possibly hit 1.5mil or higher, but my gut feeling is closer to 1.3
ive always said the same thing as you. canelo is gaining popularity but hes not this massive star people act like he is
will hit close to 2 million, if canelo would have destroyed cotto on PPV, then probably more. but as of now I think about 2 mill, since they have so much time to prep... all the promotion could lead to numbers getting shattered.

I don't think it'll touch two million, but I think it could do 1.5 or a bit higher. Canelo's very popular, but not so much in America. Remember, he doesn't speak English. It's still going to make Showtime happy though.
