    I did once change the title; but it's IB's thread, and he likes it whine :yep

    But it's purpose isn't just to stuff all the whiners into one thread - it's to rid the forum of the threads that are the same people repeating the same things over and over again. There was plenty of that today.

    Besides, inevitably all of those repetitive topic rehashes become cesspools of clannish bickering and flaming.

    Any time big news comes out regarding Mayweather or Pacquiao having something lined up, the fewer threads made the better. (an 'official' poll, maybe one for updates/pressers, a Bogotazao analysis breakdown thread, etc. - those valid topics account for maybe 2% of the ones that spring up)

    We didn't miss out on much, really.

    The absence of it in our reality is a bigger deal than its actuality would've ultimately shown itself to have been in a parallel dimension, I think.
