Mayweather vs. Alvarez: Catchweight of 152 !!

The fact that there are titles on the line taints the fight for me in terms of being the JMW champ. I would have rather Mayweather fought at 154 and unified the division.

The fact that Pac fought Margo at a catch weight didn't mean anything to me. But the fact that Margo wasn't a ranked JMW, was suspended from boxing for a yr but yet they put up a made up belt for Pac to win his 8th division title tainted the accomplishment of winning 8 div titles. Bu in terms of fighting Margo not including the titles I always said he deserves props since he did something not many other fighters can do.

How many threads are needed to say that Mayweather his a hypocrite or to talk about the irony of it. There are more threads on this then threads breaking down the fight. Its clear all you guys care about is talking **** about Mayweather, but i'm the one with my head up his ass. Like I said the biggest fight in boxing is made. The fact that the biggest fight in boxing is made outweighs the fact that Mayweather comes off as a hypocrite.

 

Well whatever helps them sleep at night.

 

Bloating that much back up in weight can backfire. Its a possibility that if rehydrates to much to quickly to be at his fight night weight, he may come in lethargic and flat. Take that into account cause i have yet to see someone bring it up

 

It's all about the advantage. If he had to fight Marquez again he'll ask to meet at 168.
