Cleverly v froch @ SMW

They're going to duck Braehmer.Hell have to fight somebody soon,but can't see him coming down from 175.Do you think money could be a sticking point?

 

disagree genuine world class and imo potentially the best fighter in britain.at a catchweight id be all over clev here.could beat carl on work rate and stamina alone.Froch power overrated certainly no one punch power if anything clev walks through him.

agree smw could be struggle.

 

Big mistake, Clev gives away all his trump cards by draining himself, stamina, strength. How is he gonna keep Froch off him if he aint got the punch output?? he lacks the KO shot up at l heavy as it is.

Shows how desperate Nathan is for a defining fight, FW needs to get his ****ing act together. If Cleverly was with Hearn 2 years ago he would be massive by now.

 

Cleverly should forget about Froch and actually fight a world champion at his own weight.

how have you worked that one out? Cleverlys best win in 26 fights is against Bellew. Froch has beaten some of the top appoents at his weight and has only lost to two top class fighters.

Cleverly doesn't desvere to be mentioned in the same breath as Froch.

 

Clev barely got past british level Bellew.

Froch kills him at LHW or SMW.

 

cleverly best win is probably murat.underperfomed against bellow but still won and as someone here states froch rates bellow in sparring.

froch record while he is entertaining in the cold light of day struggled against a shot jermain taylor,lost to a kessler joe destroyed,beat a blown up middle in abraham and was schooled by andre ward before beating an overhyped bite and a finished kessler who still caused him problems and left him blowing out his arse come the latter rounds.His best win for me is pascal who stepped up mighty quick after that fight indicating issues at the weight.

I firmly believe stamina and work rate would be enough for clev at a catchweight but the fight will never happen as too risky for froch.

Cleverly's run of opponent is **** poor and he holds a paper belt, Froch would smash him form pillar to post.

got no problem with froch and no doubt he has fought the best available to him but the fact is he has never beaten the best in the division i.e andre ward and the evidence suggests he never will.

On the flip side cleverly has whether through no fault of his own or otherwise not fought the best.However it is my belief when he does step up he will show how good he really is.

It is also my belief that style wise he is all wrong for froch and would not stop throwing or wilt through stamina and would land more punches.the one shot cleverly struggles with is the uppercut and lets face it when froch throws an uppercut he launches it and his opponent can see it coming a mile off.Froch does not possess one shot power and therefore with nathans chin is unlikely to back him up and i just can't see how froch deals with the work rate and keeps him off him,thus I can't see how he wins the fight.
