    ?????

The kid trains hard, hes dedicated. He improves every fight, which shows he is working his but off. But during fights, after six.or 7 rounds he is SPENT. Its not like he is throwing alot of punches,.his work rate is not that hi, & he fights.in spurts.

    Is it his build?

Does he not do enough cardio?

Is it the way he fights??

Is he smokin that Mex **** Brown weed??

Can he improve it by SEPT?? What can he do? What Strength and conditioning coach should he get? Its frustrating as fuk, cause he has turned into a pretty.good fighter, but if his stamina is **** he will struggle to beat many top fighters

Whatever it is, cutting massive amounts of weight probably doesn't help.

I also wonder this a lot. I cant understand how it can be so bad. Amongst the worst I've ever seen from a non-shot fighter. I'm hoping he can find a way to improve it, but if he hasnt improved it by now (and he hasnt) then it's unlikely that that'll change.

Is his stamina really that crap.

Is that not just his style, he likes to fight in bursts.

Bear in mind he throws hard powerful shots for 12 rounds.

He's could probably throw alot more if he threw soft shots like most fighters do. But his style is, he stays composed relaxed, looking for mistakes, then when he does throw, he throws with venom.

I still remember in the 12 round against Trout he was throwing bombs.

So where are these stamina issues.

Its not crap, he's the type of fighter who fights in spurts and recuperates inbetween his attacks.

It's not excellent, but it's also not crap. He looked like he had been out on a light jog after beating Trout, even though he looked winded in there in the middle rounds.

Weight draining to make 154 if he fought at 160 he would have much better stamina.

canelo in round 9 against trout was still doing upperbody movements. In round 11 he threw some really hard shots, and for one power punch you need more energy than for 20 pitty-pat jabs. Saul just looks red and breathing hard and people think he is going to die from exhaustion. His stamina isnt great, but also not a complete ****.

This. And to add, his build. He's just a naturally stocky guy. And having all that bulk tires you out quicker.

Putting on close to 20 lbs in one day can't be good for his stamina.

Dehydration and genetics. He cuts a lot of weight and some people have crappy stamina I have crappy stamina and I don't think anyone would expect that it's genetics

The reason his stamina is so poor is because of the dehydration he puts himself through. He cuts 20+lbs for the weigh in, a lot of which is water. He would have won the Trout fight much more decisively if he fought at his natural weight. He is practically useless after round 7.

Because he already kills himself to make weight, that's why this catchweight is utter bollocks

it's his technique and style. He's also so tense in the ring even when he's trying to relax and he commits fully to everything he does. Every punch is thrown with the same effort and he gets tired
