its much to do abobut nothing. the penalty for coming over is probably not much and both Floyd and canelito both know that there is a distinct possibllity that alvarez will be 154 on the scales.

    wont make a difference.

canelo is going to get schooled

Cotto said that after he got beat. He was the one that said he would go no lower then 145 and Pac agreed. Pac had weighed 138 in his previous fight and Cotto had weighed 146 in his previous fight. Floyd wanted Canelo at 147 and then 150 and finally settled on 152. But let's face it, when Floyd wins you will praise the victory and won't ever say Canelo was drained. To much Floyd dick in your ass for you to speak the truth...

He said that 2 years later, he was saying it was no problem prior and immediately post fight. So lets give Canelo a couple of years to pull out the excuse

The problem is that it's a pathetic, crybaby, butthurt attempt to **** on a great fight. You said "you don't have a problem with it", then shut the **** up about it, seems pretty simple to me. Great fight, fair compromise, stop crying for Manny, he'll be OK, promise.

I don't think it will be a big issue, I think it will be more an issue for Mayweather haters, than it will be for Alvarez. That being said I would have preferred it to without a catchweight.
I'm not a Floyd fan at all, but I got to give him respect for taking on Alvarez.

I wish Floyd would fight him at 154. Having heard his comments he is already aware of the irony of this decision, so why add fuel to the fire? It is inevitable that once Floyd wins this fight, the excuse will be the catchweight. Floyd can beat this man at 154 and there really is no reason to fight at 152. I wish he'd change his mind. If people make excuses for Canelo after this or under-appreciate Floyd's accomplishment, he can't be mad. He is setting himself up.

The only way this makes sense to me is if he is trying to milk it for a rematch at 154. Canelo is the biggest draw besides Floyd, so who knows.

Those of you busy bashing Mayweather for the catch weight, Canelo is a grown man he could have turned the offer down apparently he doesnt feel there is an issue so why should we?

Let the better man win, Canelo has already stated that he has only taken one week off since the Trout fight.... in other words he already has 1 solid month in the gym...

Stop crying about the catch weight already!!!!

It's only the *******s bitching about it, so they can justify Pac's many catchweight bouts.

If you ignore them, it will be fine. :good
