The young Wladimir would have gotten viciously knocked out against Ruddock. His whole career would be over right there. Ruddock had a special punch which was a half uppercut half hook that bypasses most guards, "The Smash" he called it. Watch the Dokes knockout.

I'd guess 2 losses with one pre Steward & one after he regresses. Which has yet to happen (as has been said already.)

Yeah, because Dokes is just as good of a boxer as Wladimir...............

    ****in' nimrod. :rofl

It could happen but it sure isn't likely. Early Wlad was still a great boxer even though he had little to no defense. Have you seen Wlad's jab that he turns into a left hook on it's way mid flight?

I said a young Wladimir who was more willing to take risks and exposed his chin more often. One smash from Ruddock would have put Wladimir to sleep for a long time and he would probably have never been the same again.

The version of Mercer that Lewis faced would KO Wlad

pre Steward Wlad, though much more exciting to watch, would flirt with disaster is he went all out with McCall Bruno or Ruddock, Wlad from the Sam Peter fight, though he had better defense, it still wasn't as good as it currently is, but he would decision the McCall from the Lewis rematch easily, Mercer is a toss up, especially if it took place in the same small ring as Lewis-Mercer, prime Wlad beats the guys you mentioned, on a side note, Wlad-Akinwande would have a real shot at breaking the world record of clinches in a single boxing match :yep

even a past prime Wlad deals with Rahman, because he never seemed to lose focus or come unprepared into any fight like Lewis sometimes did, regardless of the level of his opponent, he has a field day with washed up Tyson after getting roughed up for 3 rounds, but probably loses to his bro from the Lewis fight

Early WLad was the better fighter, and he would dispose of fighters quicker and more effectivley, he might get hit a little more but he would do less ring time.

The problem was not his defense completley, it was Sanders destroying of his soul that changed all that

One right hand or left hook from Wlad and Ruddock would've hit the canvas even harder than he did against Morrison.

See? This is a fair post, even though I disagree on a number of his points. Still, this guy makes sense with some of his arguments.

Sanders did take a little bit of the beast out of Klitschko but in the end Wlad is a better overall boxer for the defeat.

Let's all keep in mind that he got up fairly quickly from all those knockdowns...............so much for a weak chin when he was never really out of it. He just simply didn't know how to react.

**** Stamina. **** reaction. Panic Attacks. Weak chin.
They all lead to getting knocked out and losing.

Does it really matter if Wlad's weakness is a glass chin or bad stamina/panic attacks? This is the one thing I never got with Klitschko fans.. so Wlad got a great chin but horrendous reaction+panic attacks when hurt? Is that what it was? That's even WORST than having a glass chin rofl. So early Wlad had bad stamina and didn't know how to pace himself? THAT'S EVEN WORST THAN HAVING A GLASS CHIN. So you don't even need to be a big puncher to beat Young Wlad.. you just need to have a great chin yourself and calmly last 8 rounds.. than Wlado just falls over like he did against Purrity and start having a robotic break down in the ring.
