    Well in fairness to McGuigan, I dont see how it could be a bad move for Irish boxing as a whole. The world class talents that were once there are not now but Irish boxing has been neglected for far too long.

    Nevin wants to go Pro
    Andy Lee
    Mike Perez
    McCloskey
    Magee

    All of these guys have been neglected. Paddy Barnes should go pro as well.

    The Irish scene has been dead for a long time now hopefully this can shape things up. Best of luck to Barry, Carl and co.

    Looking at the cards Eddie has put on over there, he has used alot of irish talent to be fair. What i would say is remember the last time barry tried to promote, it didnt go well and fighters were left inactive for long periods of time.

    Anyone else get the feeling that frampton is a bit stary eyed with mcguigan cos he was his hero and all that so goes along with what he says?

    Why does Frampton need matchroom, He can sell out Arenas in Belfast on his own and BoxNation give Frampton more dates and flexibility.

    think he should hav stayd with hearn but mcguigan will promote him as well make more mony him self once frampton gets ko with quigg it will shutt barry up for a bit and joe wants the fight
