Froch Says He'll Fight Ward in Las Vegas No Problem

    IBF super-middleweight champion Carl Froch says he would be willing to have a rematch with Andre Ward in Las Vegas.

    "If the fight wasn't going to happen and someone said it could happen in Las Vegas then I'd definitely say 'yes, let's do it'," said Froch.

    "I know it's the United States but let's get it on

    "He is still in his rehab with his shoulder, so I can probably get a fight in before Christmas, and then in the spring or summer next year we can have a massive showdown with Ward.

    Ward will be in full panic mode now, it's funny how he feels Vegas is foreign territory lol.

    it isn't though is it.. the only thing dramatically different is that he is now willing to fight ward in vegas.

    This is Carl ****ing Froch we're talking about, gentlemen.

    He'd fight Andre Ward in his back garden with his wife as the referee for a tenner and a packet of pork scratchings.

    No way mate, there's no way Ward would turn down a fight abroad. He loves to travel.

    I know. Can't quite believe it myself. Its about a two hour flight to Vegas so at least he will get to do some travelling.

    What happened to all the "Ill ONLY fight Ward in England" and "Ward is boring anyway,I dont need him".

    If Hearns would just pick up the phone,they could still get it in England.

    I highly doubt that Hearns even tried to get it on in England....not even sure he'll try to get it on in Vegas.

    All this talk to the media is just that, TALK. Come back when Hearn actually tries to get the fight made and enter negotiations

    Financially he doesn't need ward and it is obvious if you read the article that froch has his reasons for a vegas fight if it was the o0nly way he could get the fight made:

    "I've always wanted to fight in Las Vegas in the glitz and glamour, and have my name up in lights. That is one thing I've not had in my career."

    However, at present i don't think there is much chance of a ward fight being in vegas and a fight in the uk next year would make perfect sense.
