2 fights Mayweather has been heavily linked with in recent years, which is tougher one?

    Fighting Canelo Alvarez right now?

Or Manny Pacquiao a few years ago (Say - 2009) ?

    :think

Easily, Pacquiao. Pacquiao's just better overall, and he poses a more stylistic problem for Floyd. Canelo is however a very good challenge, and one that I didn't think Floyd would take, regardless of the catchweight.

How funny, *****s starting a thread hoping Canelo is more dangerous to make it look like Floyd didn't duck PAC but we ain't no dummy here:lol::patsch.

There's a reason why the real catchweight king Floyd Mayweather put all kind of road blocks on PAC...he's just to dangerous:lol:.

2009 Pac and problaby even today's Pac has or might have an edge over Canelo.

But the catchweight king, Floyd CATCHweather, is always looking for an advantage.

Pac 2009-10 gives him hell, but this is a fight he could lose as well.

Voted Canelo before I realised you put 2009 Pac-man.
Pac was a beast then and I think it would have been a real 50/50

Even now Pacquiao has more to trouble Floyd than Canelo, much better workrate, faster, hits harder, southpaw etc

Canelo-Floyd is still a great fight tho

Canelo right now wouldn't pose the same threat as Pac via 2009. Now, Canelo in about 2 or so more years will be unbeatable and would've whooped Floyd and Pac on the same night. Kid has so much potential and has been improving exponentially.

I ask because there's no other excuse for coming out with unabashed nonsense like that
