This seems to be difficult for some of you to understand, allow me to help. Fury has, for a long, long time now been banging on about becoming the mandatory challenger. Anyone who has actually watched the bloke box will know he is incredibly chinny and will be knocked out the minute he enters a ring with a decent opponent. He's clearly realised this too, so rather than going down the road he always said he would, he's backed out of it to take another fight purely on the basis that it will pay more. He had a chance to put himself one win from becoming a mandatory fighter but bottled it.
If he beats Haye, he's a certainty for a title shot. Get paid 100k for Pulev or 2M for Haye. Tough choice that.:think
That article seems to suggest that Mick has a deal with Channel Five again. Fury vs. Haye on Five would be massive for the sport in this country. Alas I don't think it will happen.
:huh Look in the mirror fella, you are the one calling the condemned man a bottle job. Titles mean **** all....beat Povetkin, anyone can have one
He's got all the time in the world to chase titles. The titles will be around a lot longer than David Haye. You take the money where you can.
You're a ****ing idiot. You think being the heavyweight champion of the world with let's say a WBC belt would mean **** all? You utter cretin.
:deal The Klits continually fight the best that is available. Not their fault they still dominate them. Think have about 3 voluntaries to each mandatory.
Surely got all the time in the world to make money as well in that case? :huh You guys make it too easy. At least think before you post.
