Look let's be realistic here. Wlad/Vitali/Lewis would dominate any era of HW boxing

    Well said Sir!!

Yes, world records for athletic achievement do fall constantly, but boxing is different in that it pits man against man with the sole purpose of injuring the other in a small square!! How fast one can jump, throw a discuss or ride a bike counts for **** all!!

Usain Bolt can run faster than Carl Lewis??:huh So ****! Carl Lewis can jump further than Usain Bolt!!

Is the bloke who brought that shite up a simpleton?

As you rightly say, how many present fighters feature on the all time great lists of many respected boxing historians? By that blokes rationale there should be none!!

People ALWAYS wail on about the improvements in nutrition and there has been but STILL only a small portion of current or recently retired boxers are considered all time greats despite all the "advantages" current fighters have at their disposal!!!

Bernard Hopkins is almost fifty and still performing at an elite level! I reckon I could give him a decent foot race, but that same old man would humiliate me in a boxing ring!!!

Quite obviously some people on here should only use this site for educational purposes, because they clearly know **** all about the sport of boxing.

Then your opinion is nuts. Louis, at least a Louis with modern training etc, would have a better chance against any of the 3 than Ali. Those three fight fairly similarly to Ali, in that they masterfully use their height, weight, workrate, and reflexes to dominate and wear down opponents. They big difference between them is that 1. They all have substantially greater height than Ali and 2. They also add great power to their repertoire, which Ali never had. The only chance for such a smaller fighter to beat them would be to get a lucky shot off. You need power for that. Louis had it, Ali didn't. It would be highly unlikely either could ever beat any permutation of LL VK or WK, but a modern Louis would stylistically have the better shot.

Trying to act like a troll when you come across as a poor simpleton who is more to be assisted and pitied is not how to wind up people on here.

Have fun licking windows, eating flowers, running round in circles and putting do do in your hair!!

The stupidity you show is at such a level its mindblowing. Compare apples to apples, not oranges. Doesn't matter whether Carl Lewis could jump farther than Bolt. The top athletes of their INDIVUDUAL SPORTS in ALL quantifiable sports are performing higher than previously. Boxing is no different. Great fighters, in rare situations, last a long time in boxing because along with unusually long lasting athletic ability, they have experience that continues to grow, giving them an advantage of athletically superior fighters.

If you read my post I did say that Lennox Lewis was one of only two all time great heavyweights!! Perhaps Joe Louis was the other??

As for Louis with modern training..well he did not have that, did he? So that point is almost as irrelevant as you are!!

As for saying either Klitschko fight in a similar way to Ali.. Sorry but I am going to have to leave this conversation due entirely to an obvious lack of intelligent debate on your part.

You know **** all about the history of boxing and quite frankly you are embarrassing yourself.

I respectfully suggest that you learn the history of the sport in question.

The only embarrassment is you. Yes, compared to you, I do know all about boxing history. If you can't recognize logical application of facts, then its your problem not mine. If you can't observe than LL VK WK and Ali all utilized their superior height and weight, jab and movement, and strategy of wearing down opponents, which was the primary component of their fights, then you need to stop embarrassing yourself and leave the boxing forums. Actually, you've already proved you are a complete know nothing, so yeah, pack your bags right now imbecile. The thing is, if this was a test on logical reasoning on the LSAT or something like that, you would fail, and then you would talk about what a horrible and biased test it was. Go back to school, fool

So, when you're utterly devoid of logic, you're only response is, "he's a troll". No, I'm trying to make people realize they should respect past greats for the right reasons, not objectively wrong bs that cannot be rationally supported.

Ali is one of the most skilled fighters I have ever seen on film. It isn't like he is some mythical beast we have no footage of.. It is on film, and at his best, I don't think anyone "dominates" him.

No I can't can you sum it up

Look I've hardly read what you wrote but everything can be disputed so why would you bring something flawed into a argument?
