I think he beat Devon quite clearly.

Judah fight was closer, due to the fact that Matthysse started very late.

People seem to forget the fact that before he fought Judah he had only been past 5 rounds once in his career. Judah was a veteran of over 40 fights and had been in with a lot of top opposition.

 

you're not LOCO. u actually sat down and scored the fights for yourself instead of riding the "robbery" bandwagon..

 

The judah fight I thought was close, but I thought he clearly beat Alexander.

 

It's a myth that he started late against Judah. He was landing solid body shots consistently through the first half of the fight. I'd deem those shots more credible than the pawing air jabs that Judah was generally "landing."



The Judah and Alexander fights were the same thing: hometown gifts.

 

Lucas is probably my 2nd fav fighter after that other sexy argentinian dude, and has been for a couple of years now.
But i totally agree with what you're saying. I had him losing both those fights by a single point (if i remember correctly). Imo, it's fair to question those decisions, but calling those fights clear robberies??? **** off!
I have no problem with people scoring both those fights for Lucas, but that doesn't make them robberies!

But when people mention those fights, you also have to consider that he is a much better fighter today than he was back then... he really has improved in pretty much every department.

 

I had Judah winning by 1 point. I never scored Alexander vs Matthysse but it appeared as if Alexander lost.

What will you make him out to be if he beats Garcia?

 

How did you give Devon 6 or 7 rounds?, he won 4 at most plus got knocked down. Clear win for Lucas. Judah fight was close.
