This sort of thing is often done worldwide with Haymon at the top etc, but what would be the Brit top 5?

    Eddie Hearn (Runs Matchroom Boxing)
Frank W*rren (Owner of W.Promotions Ltd & BoxNation)
Barney Francis (Head of Sky Sports)
Simon Green (Head of BT Sport)
Robert McCracken (Team GB Head Coach)

Can't really see how a list could be much different from this.

Barry Hearn and Ambrose Mendy. They started the stadium fights and arena entries.

Frank ****** was nobody til he got shot, and nothing til he got Benn in 93. All he started was the ripping us off with PPV and BoxNation

BT Sport aren't involved in British Boxing at the moment, could be argued that whoever the head of ITV Sport is more influential by not having Boxing on ITV. Or even BBC Sport.

The ramifications of BT Sport not going into domestic boxing will be huge. Thats why he is so influential. His decision whether to show UK Boxing, just international or none at all will decide the rise and fall of several promotional companies.

If BT go with domestic boxing they could sign up Frank W or the Hattons. They could do a deal with Goldenboy & Sauerland which will include a certain number of UK shows. But if BT say no to domestic boxing it leave all of the above in a situation where they cannot produce domestic boxing on a regular basis. If BT chose to invest in International boxing it will almost certainly be the end of BoxNation.

I'd imagine Green would go with Frank given that he was CEO of BN

From what I have been told, its unlikley BT will be showing domestic boxing, and if they do it won't be with Frank.W

He was on pole position 6 months ago, but allot has happened since then.
