From reading all the post most people here think that this is Floyds biggest threat in forever so let's say Canelo says f*ck the 152lbs and comes in at 154lbs on weight day and Floyd still fights him. Fight night Canelo comes in at 173-176lbs and Floyd beats him up pretty bad almost ko's him...is Canelo still his biggest threat?

I ask because i read/hear lots of good things about his opponent but after Floyd wins, all i hear was the guy was trash to begin with.

Trout that just beat cotto. Cotto who put the most pressure on floyd out of any opponent in forever....like maybe judah time (aside from round 2 vs mosley).
No excuses man, Canelo is as ready as he will ever be. Tyson was 19 when he became heavyweight champ. Some things are just meant to be, and like or not, it HAS TO BE now for this guy....I love it! If Ortiz got a shot vs Mayweather after beating berto, but losing to maidana, and IMO losing to peterson, then Canelo is more than worthy.

For once peeps on this forum should stop making excuses before the fight starts. If he wins, he won because he was a hungry kid looking to fight the absolute best, and we should respect the **** out of him for it. If he loses, we should all be thankful that we are able to watch a masterclass like Mayweather, because who knows when the next great might come along.

I am absolutely thrilled either way.

haha everyone was saying how Mayweather would be too scared to fight Canelo and now he finally does, the excuses are just pouring in.

Jesus christ, give the guy some credit. Guess *******s never die out.

Full credit will be given to the CatchWeight King Floyd Mayweighter if the fight was at 154:lol:. At 152 Canelo will be drained so if Mayweighter win it would be meaningless . If Mayweighter loose...oh my:lol::patsch.

Yeah, pretty much. :good And it's nobody's fault but FMJ's for pulling such a ***** move.

It shows that Floyd is trying to gain an advantage by attempting to drain Canelo since he don't got the balls to fight him straight up like a man. FMJ is trying to cut corners and "take the easy way out". "The best" isn't supposed to take the easy way out. You're supposed to prove that you are the best, FMJ said as much before the Cotto fight. How he wants Cotto to be at his best, so there are no excuses. Now he's going against that giving fans reasons to make excuses, no matter who wins. Fans just want a real mega fight with no BS and no excuses.

Exactly, your opinion. The 1st biggest threat is Canelo.

The *******s need to control their emotions a bit better if they want to trash Floyd to their fullest potential.

-Floyd is a coward who will not sign the Mosley fight
-Floyd will look for an excuse to get out of the fight now that it is signed
-Floyd will get knocked out now that he is fighting a guy like Mosley
    -Floyd cherrypicked a shot Mosley
-Floyd is a coward who will not sign...

Look at Slugger3000. He's been trashing Canelo every chance he gets but says Floyd is still afraid of him. So if the fight gets signed he can call it a cherrypick, and win or lose Floyd has gained no credibility to this *******. The catchweight is an added layer of excuse for his claims. This process can be continued no matter how many big wins Floyd scores and how many opponents he fights. They are all garvage and cherrypicks. Remember to always bring up the Barrera win too.

Slugger is the type of critically-thinking ******* all other *******s should aspire to be.
