    yes ukrkinetic

only 12 year olds care about how they look
    for women
cause once you turn 13 you become gay???
and super know it all sports-science coaches like yourself
dont care to how they look and how they proform themselfs , even though
according to you they know everything in this field

and your talk about strength to weight ratio
**** it is common sense that
very often larger people often have less of it then
    smaller people.
but they are still usually stronger overall

and powerlifting movements are part of bodybuilding
there has never been a bodybuilder
who did not squat, bench and deadlifted reguarly

for old school guys it was the core of their training

i am curious what training you have ?
in what strength or combat sports

cause it sounds to me like
your that skinny chinese guy with a textbook

who thinks he knows more about training boxers
    then evander holyfield

Highguard i know a few of bbuilders who dont deadlift or squat at all.
Friend of mine danijel miklecic never deadlifted once in his life and he has excellent results.
Last year he was 7th overall in the world, this year he was 2 or 3rd in europe. So here you go.

highguard - a user that doesn't really have a clue what he's talking about. Posts random topics he thinks are thought provoking, in reality what he posts about makes people think "Is this guy trying to start an argument? Is he on drugs? I need to eat some chicken. Mmmm chicken".

Turns into a homophobic child when challenged. Seems to dislike Chinese people.

    well there are exceptions always
    usually because of injuries

    but ask any top bodybuilder
    deadlifts and espically squats
are the best way to put on size on legs

    so almost all do it

or u can watch training training videos of
anyone from arnold to kai greene to ronnie coleman
    to colombu etc

    remember there are always exceptions
like juan diaz and wlad kitchko
    who dont do any running

but please dont try to make the expection the norm

Then you dont have any respect for any s&c trainers, cause most of them dont have any experience in combat sports.Which is sad really on your part.

    Plenty. But that's entirely irrelevant.
