Huck won the rounds he won more clearly though.

Yes, Huck hurt him with that big shot...with like twenty seconds left. Before that it had shaped up to be quiet a clear Afolabi round. You don't necessarily throw all that out the window just because a guy is momentarily hurt...especially if there is no significant follow-up of clean blows and he isn't dropped or anything.

Agreed - I gave Huck the last one, otherwise I would have had a Draw. 115-113 was the right score for me, but pretty decent cards all round.

At best, he deserved a draw. Huck won this clearly IMO.

 

Some really, really, really bad commentating on BoxNation tonight during this. (mostly from the play by play guy, not the color)

At one point he says "I don't think I've ever seen anyone wear pink gloves like Afolabi has on!"

His partner says "Well, Mayweather against Baldomir and Judah...and Broner a few times..."

"Oh. Well. Um. Besides Mayweather and Broner, nobody wears pink gloves. :bart"

Then as they were awaiting the scorecards to be read, he says "After learning his lesson moving up and failing against Povetkin, we'll probably not see Huck try his luck any more up at heavyweight".

I'm sorry, failing? :blood Huck deserved that one. That performance reflects very well on Huck and very poorly on Povetkin.
