Williams is seeking an overhand right but getting nowhere close to within range for one. Williams bends over and paws out a weak double jab, falling well short. Washington is pushing down on Williams' blubbery neck when he bows in, waiting for the ref to reset them with a push apart. BIG OVERHAND RIGHT by Williams, crashing into Washington's upper jaw. Moments remain in the round. Washington doesn't seem badly hurt, and is able to stall with push-jabs until the bell.

Washington is circling to his right, rowing with that oar "jab", slow and steady. Williams simply watches from outside, plodding in with no urgency. Williams tries for some body shots, bowling them in from a yard away. Washington is taking quick backward & diagonal steps to fade from view as Williams loads up on hooks taking leaps in from a forward-leaning crouch. The ref warns them for headbutts, which are resultant from Williams charging in and Washington pushing down on him with some frequency.
