    Round 1

Sanchez is circling left and right, dropping the right jab down on Sosa's face. Sosa waves the left hook up top after trotting in, but can't find anywhere to pin Sanchez down in the extra large ring.

    10-9 Sanchez

    Round 2

Sanchez keeps replicating the pattern, boxing on the outside and keeping Sosa under his left knuckle tips. Sosa is using clever tricks attempting to cut the space but neither his jab feints nor his varied foot speeds are fooling Sanchez or causing him to alter his rigid game plan of circling and roping out long jabs.

    10-9 Sanchez

    20-18 Sanchez

    Round 3

Sanchez is hunching down low, swinging in wide rights to the body and looking to clamber up Sanchez's chest with hooks. Sanchez keeps his cool, backing out and lining up jabs and 1-2s into the forehead of Sosa.

    10-9 Sanchez

    30-27 Sanchez

Sanchez already lost the IBF super flyweight title on the scales. It is on the line for Sosa only.

    Round 4

Sanchez is scoring with more and more accuracy as Sosa comes bowing into him with gloves clasped like a humble monk in a beseeching pose. Wild overhands by Sosa, leaving him open to shredding counters from Sanchez. Straight lefts to the body and right hooks to the head by Sanchez as Sosa lolls his upper body around like a swizzle-stick. Sosa's jerky attempts at slickness do limit the number of clean shots Sanchez scratches him with, but the edge is still considerable in the would-be defending champion's favor.

    10-9 Sanchez

    40-36 Sanchez

Sanchez Jr has been on quite a run these last 4 fights

He was argubaly the 'unsung' fighter of the year in 2012, beating 3 top 10 level fighters

In his last fight of 2011 he beat Juan Francisco Estrada which looks a lot better now in hindsight, being that he took El Chocolatito to the limit and beat Brian Vilioria.

He could well be the man to beat at Jr Bantamweight

    Round 5

Sanchez is landing the left hand lead from outside as Sosa barrels in with a wavy tomahawk jab and some vaguely arcing rights. Very little cohesion to Sosa's attack now, just looking to get his licks in while accepting that Sanchez is tattooing him with the right jab from outside along the way. Sosa is leaping in with body shots, and that has some effect on Sanchez. He clinches. Break. Sanchez slides his feet back and drills a left to the body. Hard combo to the face by Sanchez, finishing with a jarring right hook. Sosa keeps approaching without showing any fear.

    10-9 Sanchez

    50-45 Sanchez

    Round 6

Sanchez is skewering Sosa with the 1-2 and even finding ample room to land double right hooks from outside as Sosa guilelessly dives in with predictable rights to the body. Sanchez hops to his right and unloads a straight combination on Sosa's face while resting his back on the ropes. Sosa is throwing hard rights to the body, nearly pulling his arm from its socket, carrying himself forward almost faster than he can adjust balance, but all for naught. Sanchez is moving too much for him, and is able to use him for a clay pigeon with that long jab and straight left. Sosa briefly threatens Sanchez on the ropes, flailing some hooks at him, but Sanchez gets away with a right shovel hook and a quick step to the right.

    10-9 Sanchez

    60-54 Sanchez

    Round 7

Sanchez is taking more risks, laying on the ropes and getting pasted with some high-reaching right hands as Sosa springs up off his heels, but landing hook and uppercut combos even more plentifully than before. Sanchez may be seeking a stoppage to make a statement, putting the head of the tough unbeaten Argentine on the end of a pike outside the city walls for the rest of the division to see. Sanchez is playing a dangerous game here, still getting the better of the action but handing Sosa more available spots to land on a silver platter. Sanchez lets his butt sag on the middle ropes, rolling with some thudding Sosa rights and left hooks, and slides along them for some give before vaulting off and fighting clear with body and head combos.

    10-9 Sanchez

    70-63 Sanchez

Sanchez Jr sole defeat is against Daniel Rosas, who has also defeated Felipe Orucuta (who gave Navarez hell the other week)...so maybe he is the one to beat at Jr Flyweight :think

    Still undeafeated too

    Round 8

Sanchez is putting the right jab into Sosa's eye. Sosa throws hard right hands in toward Sanchez's chest and leaps in past them with left hooks aimed for the faraway chin. Sanchez counters with a straight left, and holds Sosa in place with an awkward avuncular right hand resting on his shoulder. Sosa is staying in close, taking whatever Sanchez gives him. Right hands clip Sanchez on the mouth as he dances away. Every time Sanchez lays back on the ropes now, it's Sosa getting the best of it. Sanchez is too weary to be playing this game. His body isn't cooperating. His reflexes and reaction times are dulled. He isn't consistently being first or last anymore.

    10-9 Sosa

    79-73 Sanchez

Rosas is a monster, one of Mexico's best kept secrets in boxing.

He was supposed to challenge Narvaez, actually. Orucuta was a replacement.
