Team Ward is very opportunistic. This fight would actually give him the chance to be the linear champ at 175. It should happen in Oakland. I believe he jumps on this fight than proceeds to move back down. This situation reminds me when Baldomir was linear.

I'll take Ward any day over Stevenson. He may have power, but Ward has way more skill.

I really hope that this was the piece of scathing sarcasm I'm reading it as.

TS is trolling or drunk or both. These three guys will be calling in favors and jumping through hoops and doing each other dirty to be the one to relieve this chump of his trinkets. I'm betting Hopkins still has more juice than Ward so will probably end up w/the belts. Next Ward beats Hops for and then defends belts against Froch.

    Easy Work.

Ward and Froch didn't want to move up when asked recently so we will see if they change their tune now. Hopkins should be the man in line.

Exactly Dawson getting dethroned at 175 is great news for Ward

Dawson is a fool. He has all the talent in the world but his heart and brain are very weak. Now he's done as a fighter IMO, period ! Getting K.O'd in 1st round by a B level fighter its very embarrassing and discouraging. He should haven't accepted to drain himself against Ward ! That beating @ 168 took everything good from him !

Anyway, to be on the subject of this thread I think Hopkins, Ward, Froch, Kovalev and Pascal, all beat Stevenson, who indeed has a puncher chance.

Your god damn right he will avoid/mitigate that left for 12 rounds. He could do it for 30 too. While Stevenson was raping/pimping , Ward was winning gold medals.

So lets talk about Boone. First off Ward got up, and won. Secondly, that's what Boone does, put cats to sleep. His power is ****ing scary (btw Boone hits a hell of a lot harder than Stevenson). Ward was not the only one that has happened to against Boone either. Not saying Boone is good, but his power is ****ing scary.

Ward should want some of that. It's time for him to go to 175 anyways and he now has a chance to be lineal champ instantly against a guy that is very beatable if he brings his A game in the ring and stays away from that left.

Ward will get in on the inside where none of Stevenson's shots will be effective. Stevenson does not know how to fight on the inside, and we all know what happens when Ward gets in on the inside. Also, Stevenson is not quick enough with his combos. There is a delay between each of his shots that is just an invitation for disaster. Ward is one of the best counter-punchers in the game, this fight will not even be close.

I also wanted to add that it is pretty obvious Stevenson does PEDS. I wholeheartedly expect him to get busted at some point in time.
