I haven't heard anything about his gloves. It looks like he may have thumbed Angulo though. If they run tests on his gloves, they're just going to find Angulo's DNA all over them.

Time will tell. He hit Angulo with a lot of sharp, clean punches. It's not unusual for a guy to develop a hematoma when that happens. However, if there was an issue with the gloves, the commission should find it. I'm not sure what the issue would be though.

Sorry kid that **** wasnt happening, sure he hit Angulo and hit him clean at times but for the most part Angulo was like a pit bull that hadnt eaten in about a week last night. he was brutalizing that body... I am very interested in finding out what the deal is with those gloves and if loaded I suggest ban that ****er for life along with his trainer Ronny Sheilds
Those straight lefts had nothing to do with a fracture. It is obvious only a thumb can do that kind of damage. When will you people learn? You do the math. Would you rather be hit with 50 left crosses or one deadly thumb?
No, I'm not trying to say anything. What I said was pretty straight forward, he hit Angulo with a lot of sharp, accurate shots. It's hard to deny that. I had Lara slightly ahead at the time of the stoppage. It was a tremendous fight. I think it's premature to say anything about loaded gloves. Both guys deserve a ton credit.
You had him ahead after being knocked down twice in two separate rounds? Obviously you were watching the broadcast or an illegal stream
Ha, typical boxing fan. You take a subjective scoring system and treat it like its completely objective. Two of the judges and two of the Showtime commentators had Lara ahead. I know though, anyone who disagrees with your personal, biased, and subjective scoring system doesn't know anything. Ok. It doesn't matter what the scores where anyway as Angulo was stopped.
anyone with an iq over 80 and 10/20 eyesight could clearly see that the thumb created that hematoma. punches have very little effect on bruising of the face.
You could clearly see the hematoma developing the round before. None the less, it looked like Lara caught Angulo with a thumb in the 10th.
