    Joe has the better resume.

Hagler vs Hearns was a great fight while it lasted. but Hearns was still the smaller man with a glass jaw. it's not surprising that Marvin won.

You can't argue with crazy people. They will just shell up and further entrench their fantasies. 10 pages of this thread just prove it.

Anybody who thinks Joke Al would go anywhere near Hagler is clearly not sane.

An example of Slappy's greatness today would be someone like Martin Murray winning an IBO belt and having 20 plus defenses in his home town against obscure competition, then facing someone like Vasquez who is Lacy equivalent or that Japanese guy at Super featherweight who is Kessler equivalent. Have him beat them to unify the title, then move up and fighting a guy like Erik Morales before the Garcia fights for the lightweight belt and beating him controversially, then fighting an ancient Marco Antonio Barrera next and retiring undefeated.

    That's pretty much Slappy's career.

It's amazing, isn't it. The magic of the "0".

It's like it removes all holes, warts and question marks.

What's TRUE is that it's a real quote from a real brittard. See the other thead on Calslappy on the main page for proof. What's worse is that 3-4 of your fellow countrymen have backed up the opinion with typical brittard know nothing bull****.

I WISH it were a fabricated quote. I'm glad you see how absurd and quintessentially brittarded such a comment is.

Joe did beat Hopkins so stop it.

he never ran for the hills from a rematch. who the **** would want to see that again? Hopkins crying and cheating to get points off because he can't fight clean and get the win the right way?

because he sometimes didn't turn his fist over properly when punching. people talk as though he did all the time. that is not the case.
