about Stevenson's power and his next opponent ...

    this dude seems to have legit/genuine K.O power like Tyson, Jackson or Hearns had in their primes but I'd like very much to see him against a mentally and physical stronger fighter like Kovalev, Pascal or Hopkins to see if this guy can really crack some top strong psychically and physical 175 fighters.


    so, against whose 175 fighters, Stevenson would get his ass whooped / get schooled / outclassed or whatever u like to call it ?

    his power is real, I have no doubt about that .. I don't think any of the fighter you just mention would be dumb enough to get hit flush with one of his shots.

    Any fighter with 81% KO percentage defiantly deserver your respect Kovalev and Hopkins I see fighting a smart defensive fight against this guy, Pascal Im not so sure.

    indeed, against a so lethal puncher like Stevenson who possesses K.O power, it would be a good ideea to fight smart and defensively but what I'd like to see is a fighter who can beat Stevenson at his own game, i.e take Stevenson's best shots and fire back with more shots, stopping or tko him. A slugfest where Stevenson would get owned.

    The only fighter that likes to go toe-to-toe that I know is Froch but I hardly think that he'd go at 175 and fight Stevenson. Pascal, maybe would have a good chance to overwhelm him with power punches or Kovalev.

    You're rating him in the league of Jackson and Hearns based off knocking out a Dawson coming off a stoppage loss?

    Froch didn't go toe to toe with Abraham, so he would do the same against Stevenson.

    the problem is stevenson doesnt need to land clean to hurt a guy so defensive boxing wont win the fight.iff all the guys do is defend they gonna lose a decision that all!:good

    Not a wise idea in ether case.. I don't see Foch's team advising a toe to toe battle and nether would Pascal.. This would only result in a short career for both fighters.

    One can only relive Gerald McClellan and Benn fight to know going toe to toe is a bad Idea for ether side.
    Standing in front of any fighter with a 81% ko percentage is a bad idea even if you can match them in punching power, its just a bad idea.

    His punching percentage is greater then Jackson's at this stage of his career.

    He needs to stay away from the guys he actually mentioned in his post fight interview.

    Ward and Hopkins are awful match-ups for him.

    His next opponent Bellew is a good fight and a winnable one ofr him.
