    I wonder what @RealJoeCalzaghe thinks about this: ********espn.go.com/boxing/story/_/id/9366516/handicapping-carl-froch-immediate-prospects …

    RealJoeCalzaghe
    @danrafaelespn good piece Dan.A few inaccuracies especially with saying I Ducked him! Lol

    Dan Rafael
    @RealJoeCalzaghe Well I know you had bigger fish to fry at the time. All good. At least we still talk about you! lol.

    RealJoeCalzaghe
    @danrafaelespn Exactly Dan which can't be bad right?! Haha :)

    Budgie
    @RealJoeCalzaghe @danrafaelespn tbf he said @Carl_Froch thought u ducked him, not that he actually thought that to be true.

    Dan Rafael
    @RealJoeCalzaghe Exactly. So either see you in the ring against Froch or when you're inducted into the HOF next year.

    Dan Rafael
    @budgie1888 @RealJoeCalzaghe @Carl_Froch Good point.

    Dan Rafael
    @RealJoeCalzaghe Somebody just made a good point -- I wrote that Carl said he thought you ducked him. I didnt say you ducked him.

    RealJoeCalzaghe
    @danrafaelespn Well hopefully see you next year at the HOF then! And if I did come back it would be to fight the Number 1 not number 2! ;)

    Dan RafaelVerified
    @RealJoeCalzaghe Ohhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh, snap! @andreward @Carl_Froch

    Still dont sadly ever see it...

  3. I think it was just a little dig at froch

    Also I think ward takes him with utter ease,so long out of the ring against genuine elite opposition
    Remember joes punch resistance was starting to go

    He was basically digging at Froch, saying that Ward is #1 and it would not be worth coming out of retirement to fight Froch. He's not fighting again.

    He's ****ing old and inactive. Not scared to lose the 0.

    **** coming back, no way he'd beat ward and if he did he'd be hailed as the best boxer ever...

    If he did come back it would be at Light Heavy, a weight Froch has said he is not willing to fight at. There is no way Joe is making 168lb now.

    You have more chance of Prince Naz coming back then Calzaghe....the 0 on his record is his only arguement for being better then the other SWM in UK history

    Joes resume is better than frochs imo- he beat Kessler and Lacey when they were red hot, beat Hopkins at light-heavy and we now see what a good result this was.

    Froch's best wins are againts a never tested Bute and a shot Mikkel Kessler? Her was lucky to beat Taylor who was flattened by Abraham in his next fight and lost to Dirrell IMO but had the luxury of a home town desicion.

    Why would a 41 year old really want to comeback?

    Other than Joe losing his '0' what would beating Calzaghe do for a world class Super Middle/Light Heavy?

    Are there really people on this forum that think a Klitschko beating a comebacking Tyson or Lewis; or Ward/Froch beating a 41 year old Calzaghe would really add something special to their resumes?

    When he was calling Joe out back then he said he was willing to go up to Light Heavy so now should be no different.
