The one that gave him most problems stylistically.

In terms of the toughest night:

    Castillo I
    Castillo II
    Cotto
    C. Hernandez
    J. Chavez
    Judah
    Augustus

    ---

I also agree with the guy above about Castillo I. I thought Mayweather clearly took the first 5 rounds.

This is a lie. He fought lighter weight boxers
such as Hatton, Marquez and Guerrero.
He fought old DLH and old Mosley.
Pac was on top, in his prime and Floyd avoided him.

He only lost one fight, so that's the obvious choice.

It was close but he definitely didn't lose against Castillo.

Castillo and DLH were both tough fights.

DLH deserves to be on that list.

Gotta go with Castillo . Delahoya comes second , Miguel follows up right behind him in 3rd . The Judah fight gets underrated and forgotten , Judah gave Floyd a hard fight and manage to drop him .

The only person that could have "rubbed" castillo is Leonard Ellerbe

I had Castillo winning a close fight, but i voted Cotto based on May not being at his best that night (broken hand), and winning clearly in the second fight.
