    Thanks guys for the posts.

Lucian Bute, you summed it up pretty well. There was so much raw potential early on and Sakio has actually continued to develop. You don't stay in the top ten for 5+ years without being a good fighter.

All he can do is his best which he will do and add a bit of confidence and he is every chance of realising his dream.

    Cheers guys.

Well put. You can only beat who they put in front of you. Without a world title Bika is a no win fight for lots of champions - dangerous and without a lot of return. With a world title he'd be a lot more attractive. Good luck to him. I hope he kicks butt and wins in a canter.

Stop all this bollocks aye , I got nowt against Sakio personally but if blokes like this are walking around with world title belts then the sport had already slipped as far as I want to see it slip, what happened to Andre Ward did he get the title stripped or is Sakio fighting for their regular title ?

    Hi guys.

We have just wrapped up training camp here in St. Louis. Sakio is looking awesome and feeling great. Having a rest day tomorrow (Sunday) then we head to New York on Monday. Again, Sakio thanks everyone and appreciates the support. There are some pics up on his facebook page.

    Cheers guys.

Periban is not on the same level as Bika. The young Mexican is inexperienced, raw and even tho he shows some potential, we might be wrong believing he will reach a level good enough to compete for a world title again. I honestly don't know what he has done to earn this chance. Bika has been there for years, at the top fighting the best guys in the division, like Calzaghe, Ward, Bute... but what has Periban done to earn this title chance ?
Like Ezequeil Maderna shown us that we were wrong to believe he could ever be rightfully ranked in any top10 of the SMW division, the same way I believe Periban will show us that he never was as good as he is regarded by some.

Bika is gonna get rid of him in six or less rounds.

A guy that struggled to win a MD against Sierra doesn't has much of a chance against Bika.
Bika is a safe bet in this title fight.

It's getting close now , really looking forward to this one . As I said earlier saki has faced everyone and never backed down from a challenge . Yes he may have had a few opportunities but none of them have been easier . A few people have said he's not good enough to be fighting for the green strap . Well yes I have seen better world champs , but I have also seen a lot of world champs who sakio is better than . Sakio is pretty raw but what he lacks in slickness , he makes up for with power heart and a tremendous chin .
