The other thread if fun- one of my favorites. I thought I'd narrow it down a little. Ali, Liston and Marciano are locked in a room. The last man able to walk out wins. My take on it: Ali doesn't have a chance. He doesn't have the punch to put either of the others down and keep them down. I would be between Liston and Rocky. Rocky could dispose of Liston if he was able to continuously pound at Liston's gut. I'm not sure he would have that chance. No clear opinion, but I slightly favor Liston.
ali would win it once and again, liston was slow like crap, in the ring, in a room or in the moon, marciano would have been a dangerous street fighter in the short distance
I don't think Ali's speed would help him that much locked up in a room. He can only run for so long before he wears himself out. He won't have a bell every three minutes to let him rest. Liston or Marciano either, could dispose of him once he's forced to fight.
a room is not a box, the speed would help you in any place any time. period, and ali was physically much stronger than many people think
