Off topic: I think they got a bit of a raw deal from Sky. They hadn't had the chance that other promoters had, as they were just building up their stable. Someone could say that they "hadn't delivered", but there is a limit to what you can do when Sky aren't paying you that much in the first place.

    Murray
    Buckland
    Foster Jr - Maybe
    Towers
    Browne
    Damien Hooper
    Cameron Hammond
    Jazza Dickens

Those are on the books but then you have the fighters Hatton trains like: Rabchenko, Zhakiyanov, Ryan Burnett and Sonny Upton.

Add in Poxon's lot - Adam Etches and Scott Jenkins. There's a lot to work with.

  5. Anthony crolla is still with hattons

But losing joe Murray and Scott quigg is just the start I think

  6. Eddie Hearn is killing British Boxing showing stonkers on his solo Sky Deal.

Boycott all his shows is the way forward

think eddies done alright, cant win them all. looking forward to the bolton show

  8. Matty askin and rabchenko are on their books as well
Plus Adam little and Mitch buckland
I think they are ok for someone just turning over at the moment but after about ten fights you would have no shows to go on

Hatton should just forget the past and sign with boxnation, at least it gives his fighters a chance to make some money.

If theres no tv deal soon hatton promotions will be no more.

As expected others will suffer because Sky decided to monopolise their boxing output.

I'd prefer it if there were more promoters getting a slice of the pie but sadly and obviously Sky will do what they see fit and what's best for their interests and to the behest of others they've thrown their lot behind Hearn for the time being.

I'd guess at some stage they'll evaluate how this has panned out and reconsider working with others in the future.

In the meantime Hatton should be working his arse off try and get exposure elsewhere if he isn't already, a deal with BoxNation would work in my opinion.

Hatton appears to be like Gary Shaw. He's not a true promoter using his own money-he is a TV packager and takes his cut off the rights fee.

As others have said he's got to try to do business with frank/boxnation - obviously nobody truly knows the details of what's stopping it from happening and for all we know frank might just not want HP on board full stop. Ricky cut a deal with them to show the martinez- Murray fight so there must be some common ground between them. Ricky or Better still Poxon needs to come out and explain the situation otherwise the firm is finished.

I notice Quigg was carefull not to mention Ricky or HP name the other day so I wonder if there is a possible legal situation.

As somebody else alluded to the firm is a tax right-off for Ricky and he isn't pumping any of his on money in.

Really hope BT Sport pick up some boxing, they seem to be doing a good job of getting everything else.
