Ok so you had the same scorecard as two judges. But the ref missed two clear as day knock downs and if the ref could do his job like he should that is a Provodnikov victory.

Bradley was dropped 4 times, had a concussion was sent to the hospital. He barely made it to the final bell. If you call that winning id rather lose. If Bradley wants to claim a big victory good for him but he is delusional and he won with homewtown cooking. It is hard to talk about how slick and black you are when are in the emergency room doing it though. Why not have another go vs Provodnikov? He won't.

John is good. I think those who criticize him including myself are just frustrated that he's not willing to fight Garcia and/or Donaire. I mean what should we do with John? He's just good but not yet or will never be elite? Is that how we should categorize him? That's fine if that's how he wants it. But guys like Donaire and Garcia are taking bigger risks and winning much better fights than John and that's why they deserve to be ranked higher and perceived as better fighters. The burden of proof is on John.

He may well depending on the result of Marquez v Bradley, if he losses.

If it wins fight of the year there is something like 90% of them that have had rematches.

John can make much more money fighting at home though, and first and foremost he's got to look after himself and his family- why come to the US for less money when he could well be in danger of getting robbed.

I believe Donaire was looking at fighting him in Asia earlier this year before he got beat by Rigondeaux (Donaire also a big star in Asia), not sure how the loss changes his plans, if at all.

Like I said, if that's how he wants to control his career, that's fine. But he can't be fighting guys under the radar (even if they're underrated) and expect us to rank him higher than guys like Donaire or Garcia or whoever is widely perceived as the best at 126. Hopefully John fights Donaire at some point. I would love to see that. Getting wins over guys like Yordan is good but not great. John needs to do more if he wants to be great.
