James Kirkland back in jail

I can't have an ounce of sympathy for an idiot like Kirkland.

Every ****ing chance was given him to turn his **** around.. and he can't.. because he's not very smart... ever hear the guy talk? My 5yr old is more articulate than him.. probably can read better too.

 

Remove Carlos because ole Jimmy was getting handled, him knocking Carlos down don't mean squat, doesn't make him special, and that fight angulo had before the LONG layoff was a joke, I get more conditioning masturbating than angulo did in that joke of a fight. I never said he was a gatekeeper either, I said that that's all he would amount to.

 

Can you imagine how many times his glass jaw is gonna get shattered in the joint??? Damn, all the cons are gonna be gunning for that china chin!!

 

Only a $5000 bond? He should be out by now. I believe they pay only 10% of that bond to be out until the court hearing.

being an ex-con, if the charges against james were serious the bond would be much, much higher.

I really think that this is much to do about nothing and james needs to get back in the ring, fulfill his contract and channel his anger in a constructive manner by fighting.

 

It's self-righteous to not have any patience left for a recidivist goon wasting his talent and the multiple chances given to him to improve his life?

There's a lot of guys who would kill for the breaks he's been given in boxing. I don't expect perfection out of people by any stretch, but there's nothing left to do but shake your head when a guy pisses away his career like this.

I hope he can turn his life around and quit being his own worst enemy, but as for boxing, he seems destined to be another guy who just falls by the wayside. He's like a modern day version of Candy Slim, right down to having the train derailed via 1st round knockout loss to a feather fisted puncher.

Everytime i see some news about Kirkland I to laugh. He is on his way to super Bumdom status and its clear if he ever fights again, his best will be far behind him. Which is bad for a guy who liked to brawl and had no chin
