Those are great odds, I think Broner likely wins but
it's worth the odds because Paulie has faster and
    better footwork than Broner

Take the over 9.5 rounds at -175; I'd be shocked if Broner KO'd Paulie.

I haven't watched Paulie's last few fights. Does he still have good mobility? Broner fights pretty flat footed so i wonder how the fight would play out if Paulie still has his mobility and can box and move for 12 rounds.

Yes, Paulie still has his mobility but he does get hit a bit more than he used to. Other than that, same guy we've known...
    -great jab
    -good feet
    -good head movement
-not afraid to exchange when prompted by his opponent
    -*stays composed when hurt*

    That's not how it works.
Bookies adjust odds so no matter what happens there would be profit for them.
Odds do not reflect what bookies think, it shows what people are betting on.

11-1 is a bargain if you like Broner.
    Malignaggi has zero chance here.!

Malignaggi has a better shot of beating broner then canelo does of beating mayweather

The odds makers will laugh all the way to the bank. They know Paulie has no chance to beat Broner, yet at 11-1 a lot of fans will back Paulie.
    The odds should be 30-1!:deal

Although I feel Broner will beat him, that price for Paulie is quite ridiculous.
