I disagree with this. Broner is far more skilled than Garcia. His resume may not be of elite level, but his skills are IMO. I think he beats Malignaggi by way of clear UD.

I don't think so, good fight though. It's possible though. Never even thought of that fight. We're going to learn some, but obviously not everything about Broner as he moves up. He can definitely take a Paulir punch at 147. Garcia at 140 or 147? Don't know yet. I think Bronsr, while a clown, is the real deal.

 

That's the question can he grow up if yes I think he will go along way in being a legend.

 

He is very skilled in the ring. Paulie will have to bring his A game to have a chance, but I believe Broner sometimes is too loose and can get hit with punches since he doesn't move and stays in a wide stance.

I agree with the comment above, but not any implication that the "powers that be" even need to be involved. Paulie was carefully selected because Broner can easily beat him. I think Paulie may be able to score some in rounds 1 & 2, then in 3 & 4 Broner will walk through whatever is necessary to start scoring heavily. By 6 it will be over- either by KO or in the sense that Paulie will basically be helpless. If he is helpless, TKO in 8. Broner does have the natural talent, and Paulie has more than had his day in the sun. I have never really been able to laud his skills and his lack of any power will be exposed as a career-stopper here. Maybe he is a good guy and some of you are his fans, but this is a cruel reality of boxing. Older, weaker champions are culled by the more virulent up-and-comers. Broner's one of those. If he decides to expand his skills in terms of defense, he may speak without a slur when he's Mayweather's age.
