Bad Ref calls that pissed you off

    I still struggle with some of the Refs in boxing. What are some of the worst calls you can recall?:huh

    Did any of these calls cost a boxer to lose the fight?:scaredas:

    Now there are some great Refs but the pack is getting slimmer.

    I still get upset over the BS calls on Marcos Maidana with Khan. :smoke

    Obvious call.

    I would say Jersey Joe in Lewiston,Maine and the ref in the Martinez-Cintron fight.

    Paul Sita in the Norwood v Gainer fight would like a word. He made up the rules as he went on.

    Cortez in the first Soto/Lorenzo fight stands out
    Mora in the first Agbeko/Mares fight

    That ref in Martinez vs Barker who kept ignoring the knockdowns was an idiot.

    That was the judges, the ref didn't have any part in that.

    Can't forget Joey Curtis in the first Dokes-Weaver fight. He pulled the trigger so fast, fans for years afterward fans would yell "stop it Joey" BEFORE the fight started. :nod :lol:
