Floyd is getting more and more likeable not because of Broner, but because a lot of truths are being exposed as time goes by and Floyd is taking on all the best challenges he CAN, and completely dominating them.

Don't credit Broner with Floyds recent love, Floyd is loved because he's the real deal, simple as.

damn dog you make sick...I woke up this morning and started working out and I thought about how when they showed floyd, the arena eruptes which is new.... and then I said broner is probably the best thing that happened for floyd. I said that people would begin to see and appreciate what floyd does from the prefight to the actual.

I think that since floyd is getting more respect he is calming down his antics because its served its purpose...I said I was going to make this exact thread...there will still be pbf haters tho

Floyd puts on an act to bigger himself in the media and generate interest.

Two reasons for this anomaly......Broner is so desperate to be like Floyd that he goes WAY over the top with everything.....from the things he says to the **** he wears and does.

The other part is Floyd has mellowed out a bit. I think looking into the mirror (Broner) he realized just how fuking lame he came off and let Broner carry that bag for him while he gains more acceptance at Adriens expense.

It really made Floyd look more likeable, having a cheap copy out there who's much and much worse at everything.
He's like a cheap Chinese iPad knockoff but then advertised like the next best thing.

I've slowly been turning into a mayweather fan over the last couple of years, maybe there is something to this Broner theory?

This. Broner personifies some of the worst stereotypes of "cultural matters", I'll just leave it at that. It's all uncalled for on his part.

Nobody can question Mayweather's respect for the sport of boxing, its fighters, and its history. That is for sure.

Broner is a much less clever version of Mayweather.

    Simple as that really.

I'm liking Mayweather now that he's trying to fight legitimate opposition, and also because I'm leaning more toward Pacquiao as to whose fault the non-fight was. But yes, seeing a guy try to imitate Mayweather definitely makes the real deal more easily appreciated.

It's funny actually. Originally I liked Broner far more than floyd because I prefer his more offensive style. But outside the ring, I have indeed come to dislike Broner far more and Floyd far less. I suspect at least part of this is as intended for marketing.
