Lets be honest the majority seen Paulie as an ageing blown up LWW who vacated that division after getting his backside handed to him by Khan just as 140 became scalding hot.

I have always liked Paulie but a prime version fell short more than once when he stepped up in class and against guys who themselves fell short when they stepped up.
