Well well well, 58% of the fans in the forums saw TROUT winning, and 22 of 45 press members saw it even or Trout winning (19 for Trout, 3 EVEN). It was a virtual consensus that Trout had won 4-5 rounds before the KD, but everyone forgot how to score after it and somehow decided Canelo won every round even though he wasn't fighting back. He will get tired like he always does. And go watch Compubox, Cotto landed MORE punches on Trout than Canelo did. Canelo did make Trout miss, but Trout still landed more punches on him.

you're crazy if you think Cotto did better against Trout than Canelo did

No, I'm not saying that. All I'm saying is that the stats show Cotto landing more punches that Canelo did. And in fact, I gave both Canelo and Cotto 3 rounds against Trout. But since Canelo got a KD, he did better because of it.

unless Floyd can turn back the clock about 10 years and give one of "those" performances he's gonna lose a close competitive fight

No he will not. Canelo is not as powerful as they have sold him, and Mayweather is still good enough to beat him. Canelo is yet to beat decisively a top contender, and hasn't stopped anyone credible at 154. He ain't winning against Floyd.

It won't be Canelos power it'll be his speed and agility that will help him win. This is just the wrong time for Floyd to take this fight

The thing is that he doesn't have the speed. And this is the right time to take the fight. If Floyd waited a little more, then he would've lost. He can't wait anymore. Canelo ain't ready yet, so Floyd can't wait until Canelo is ready.

theres a reason Floyd fights opponents at certain times. He has good timing not just inside the ring but outside of it in choosing his opponents. It's why he wanted to fight cotto and hatton at 140 when he was at 140 but not when cotto was at 147 or margarito at 147. Also why he didn't want to fight Pacquiao at a time that he (Pac) would've won.

I give him credit tho for taking Mosley and Ortiz on when they were at their best after a good victory. It's too bad Shane wasn't on his PED's and that the Ortiz fight had to end with a cheap shot. :bbb

Canelo's ready he's been asking and wanting this fight for years. He isn't having to drain himself too much to get to 150 or below it's just 152. If Canelo isn't ready now he never will be. He does have the speed tho that's why he was able to match Trout punch for punch and slip for slip

If he's been around Floyd for too long , than floyd would rub off on him . So it's a possibility Broner would duck Mathysse

Sorry no way floyd will lose, Alvarez is no where close to Floyd's level of skill!
