I always listed Matthysse as a guy I would pick over Broner, and I must say I'd be stunned if they were to fight for anything other than big success from Matthysse.
Broner would **** himself when confronted with the power of Lucas's punches. Let's see where his poor man's shoulder roll gets him.
Ha! Matthysse is a monster, Broner should stick to fighting feather fisted fighters, just not as good as Paulie
Broner won't be allowed anywhere near Lucas. If the Broner groupies think otherwise they are deeply disturbed.
Broner just went life and death against a old SHOT to **** FEATHER FISTED Paulie What does your noob a$$ has to say now???:rofl
yeah he lost to Zab! And people around here act like he's Jesus or something. He's human. he can be beaten, and the fact that he was in a close fight (regardless of who you thought one) with Zab, whoever one declares is a bum... then how does that male Lucas invincible???? Someone please answer that.
The thing most Broner fans will claim is that Mathysse wouldnt be able to land on Broner and would be hitting his arms all night Personally even if this was true which i think would be the case for 3-4 rounds is that Broner would be so inactive and his power would have so little effect on Mathysse he wouldnt be able to stop Mathysse coming forward and even those "blocked" shots would wear Broner down, Anyone who thinks just because you block a shot means all the pain gets taken away has obviously never fought in a ring I remember taking hard shots in a sparring match on the arms and man they can wear you down if your not careful Mathysse would wear Broner down, force him to become more offensive to get Lucas of off him and create an opening for Mathysse to land a big overhand right or left hook that will ultimately lead to the stoppage Maidana could lose to Broner if he was more offensive but I can even see Maidana getting through to him in the 8th round and dropping him the sad thing is Broner believed he was "beating paulie up" in between rounds and didnt feel the need to do anything, when he gets put in there with a fighter who will land and will hurt him his gameplan will come unravelled and he will be clueless what to do because he used very little head movement, does not move around the ring a lot due to being flat footed and when you stand there in front of guys who can bang then i dont care how good someones chin is, your going down Im sick of all this Broner hype, I knew Gavin Rees would get through to him, I knew Paulie would outwork him and I can tell you for a fact Lucas Mathysse would stop him. He is so predictable it hurts
And Lucas just went life an death (and lost) to a "mentally weak" over-the-hill Zab Judah. So now what?
Life and Death? did you even watch the fight? there was nothing life and death about it except for the fact that Judah was hanging on for dear life every time Lucas connected He became a more aggressive fighter after those 2 robberies and has become better because of it, Broner on the other hand gets gifted decisions and is disillusioned into thinking hes the next best thing I cant wait for when this hype train get derailed
He lost to Zab. Period. I'm not a Broner fan by any stretch, but I think his hatred get shim way underrated here.
Go back an watch the fight, Lucas won a close fight but not close enough for Zab to win. Lucas won at least 7 rounds with a knockdown scored Or do you put your complete faith in the judges and whatever they say goes?
Both Lucas and Broner have been involved in fights that could have gone either way. Where as Broner has had judging go in his favour and kept his zero, Lucas on the other hand has not been quite so lucky picking up a couple of losses and has gone away and came back clearly better seemingly refusing to let the judges have a say. Now has Broner already became comfortable with judges being in his favour because tbh I didn't see a massive improvement in his tactics or style since PDL gave him problems.
