Gonzalez was Cuban slick, iv'e seen Crawford a few times and he looks a good boxer, but no way is he twice the boxer Gonzalez is. Gonzalez wont amount to much with that heart and stamina, but he looked class in terms of boxing ability. His movement and counter punching is outstanding. The Ricans on another boxing forum i view were expecting big things from Gonzalez. If Gonzalez can get his **** sorted out he could make a name for himself on the world stage, no doubt.

 

Gonzalez has everything going for him,a real lent that I hope will be back at world level soon

Im not trying to burst your bubble Billy but I dont believe that,I think he was just outclassed by a more skilled fighter.

If that was Terrence Crawford Ricky was fighting he would have lost his title.

 

Regardless of Gonzales quitting, Burns was sadly exposed and will have to be very carefully matched otherwise his reign as the WBO champ will be over.

If I were Hearn and Burns management I would get him a big money fight now before its too late.

The Broner fight is still not out of reach,I have a feeling if Hearn made Adrien Broner a half decent offer to come over to the UK and fight Ricky he would drop back down to lightweight.

I know its a played out topic but is that really a fight Burns and his team want,I dont think they want it.
