Anyone know what kind of shape Thompson is in for the Price rematch?

It is 10 days away now.

I am wondering if The Tiger will be weighing a career high like last time he fought Price (18 stone 10)?

Or if he will be in the kind of elite shape he was in when he fought Wlad last year (17 stone 6)??

Either way I could not call the fight as literally ANY outcome is feasible!

There's an article on ESB main page. Thompson is saying he will look leaner & meaner. All that is worth little though until the weight-in.

I expect he'll be in a better shape as the first bout, but not anything close to sensational.

I also believe this time he'll lose, although it's very likely too that he repeats his performance and virtually ends Price's chances to ever become a major player. Like Banks should have done to Mitchell last weekend.

The difference is if Thompson hurts Price, like Mitchell hurt Banks - I expect Price won't be getting up and if he does that Thompson will finish him. Whereas Banks decided very strangely not to throw any more punches after hurting Mitchell badly again.

Price is going to have to win a UD without getting tagged at all or KO Thompson.

Like I said, almost any permuatation is feasible which makes it a fun fight to watch and one NOT to put any money on!
