answer one simple question: What are you going to do when canelito weighs in at 154 on 9/13?

because as a guy that gambles on fights ill tell you right now that's probably what going to happen.

    and Floyd knows this.

Yeah, well what do you expect from fans with all this BS from FMJ? FMJ gave fans that excuse by demanding a catch weight!! If there wasn't a catchweight, we wouldn't even be having this conversation now.

You can't answer the question can you? "uhh, umm, uhhh"

and by the way, if Canelo weighs in at 153 or 154 I'll laugh my ass off, and Canelo will be praised for not putting up with Mayweather's BS, even if he loses money, out of principle it will be funny and Floyd will still have to fight LMAO. it doesn't matter to me what Canelo weights as long as he makes weight at 154 or below. the fact that Mayweather demanded he lose money if he doesn't make 152 tells you all you need to know about how desperate Mayweather is to gain an advantage on Canelo. There, I answered your question, why don't you answer mine now: Who demanded the catch weight? Put down that FMJ kool aid for a minute.

    Agree with this:deal

Floyd must have known he would get ridiculed for this and be called a hypocrite. Not to mention, his possible victory put into question.
If the 2 pounds didn't really make a difference to him why go through this.:huh

According to Oscar canelo will be faster at 152. Canelo came in @ 153 vs trout, I'm sure he can make 152. This is his biggest fight ever, the one that could launh him into ppv star he wants to be so badly. They guy has plenty of time to train diet and get a strength and conditioning coach to get his weight in line. I'm sure canelo will come in at his best shape ever and ready to fight. So the catchweight shouldn't be an issue as both fighters agreed to it without issue. But if canelo loses they will say what they say we all know this.

yeah, that was funny :yep but still, i don't think Floyd is nearly as scared, if at all, of Canelo, than of Pac, as that vid shows

    nuthuggers.

look, if canelito accepted the catchweight that's up to him. and if the fine is 10-15 percent of his purse he probably factored that into the equation.

at the end of the day this is about money because canelito has very little chance.

this coming from a guy that will be betting large on Floyd and even larger if canelito comes in at 152 which im not anticipating.

by the way, cotto came in at 146 for clottey and then agreed to a catchweight of 145 for paq.

if you don't like the catchweight too bad.

like I said, quit your crying.

most of us here are grown men.

    its embarrassing.

    you crying and all.

you still didn't answer the question. all you can say is generic stuff like "you're crying" "it's embarrassing" "canelito nuthuggers" "canelo acceped the catchweight" etc. it's all a diversion from answering a simple question that you can't answer. because answering that question truthfully would expose your idol as a scared sissy too embarrassed to tell the truth to the fans. you instead resort to sophomoric tactics because you can't come to terms with the fact that your hero, Floyd Money CATCHweather isn't telling the fans the truth. FMJ...the best...but wait...there's a CATCH. FMJ the All-Time P4P Catchweight King!!!! :hi:

Because a lot of you cabdrivers have no clue whatsoever when it comes to athletic weights. You most likely think it's similar to your own worthless weights which is based off junk food.

Those 2 lbs have no effect on Floyd since he is coming up from 146 and typically weighs around 150 for Jr Middleweight fights. FMJ doesn't have to train hard, he can easily make 154 with pounds to spare. It's Canelo that is the one that has to work hard to shed the pounds to make the catch weight. The 2 lb catchweight that Mayweather demanded only affects Canelo. FMJ has to train hard to make 147, but at 154 he can just gain a few pounds stay sharp and come into the fight fresh.

It's fairly simple, he(Mayweather) wouldn't have requested it if there was no advantage behind it. 2 pounds may sound like nothing to simple minded bumpkins on paper but in athletic terms in means a lot. Alvarez accepted it to take the risk and get the attention/payday. This topic in itself reminds me of all the people claiming 2 pounds was nothing when Cotto was moved down for Pacquiao and trust me, I'm one of the biggest Pacquiao AND Mayweather fans here. In the end, Pacquiao and Mayweather didn't invent catchweights, it takes two fighters to sign a contract and make a fight.

I agree that 2 pounds are very significant in a fight of this magnitude. It is important that Canelo is at his best and doesn't have to worry about getting robbed if he doesn't make a Mayweather-imposed catch weight. You get this, that's why there's weight divisions Really the fans just want intellectual honesty out of Mayweather. Everyone respects him for his incredible skill and boxing career. I want to support Mayweather, but how can I when he is not being intellectually honest?

People are complaining about the catch weight, because they want Canelo to have full advantage in the fight. Canelo will still have that, because he's going to rehydrate at least 15lbs come fight night. Unless there's a clause in the contract preventing him from doing so.
