    Onehundredfourtyeight point two!!!!!!
Guzman is one of those guys that never ever learns.

He tipped the scales not just too heavy for the Light Welter limit, but he wouldn't even have made the weight if the fight had been at full Welter (147). :patsch

I don't know how many times he failed to make weight now, and I just read this wasn't even his worst "attempt" yet.
He was 9 frickin' lbs over against Funeka in 2010, fighting for the IBF Lightweight strap.

They're still negotiating last I read. Guzman's team said it was already ironed out, but Mosquera's team knew nothing about that yet. :!:
They said they don't give up a 8lbs advantage just like that. And rightly so.

They should get guzmans entire purse to take the fight now, i used to like guzman but hes getting beyond a joke, cant help but wonder is this cos guzmans knee might be messed up and he cant do any roadwork or out?

This is really shocking, I stopped really following what guzman was doing after he moved up just after he was supposed to fight alex arthur. He must have fell out of love with the sport.

If you think he does it on purpose, then you're idiots. He's spoken about it being a condition and he can't boil down to it. Obviously, he shouldn't be taking fights at LWW but no need to think he doesn't train or does it on purpose etc.

JC Chavez's failed drug test fine has been reduced from 900K to 100K by the NSAC.
