He was 9 frickin' lbs over against Funeka in 2010, fighting for the IBF Lightweight strap.

They're still negotiating last I read. Guzman's team said it was already ironed out, but Mosquera's team knew nothing about that yet. :!: They said they don't give up a 8lbs advantage just like that. And rightly so.

If you think he does it on purpose, then you're idiots. He's spoken about it being a condition and he can't boil down to it. Obviously, he shouldn't be taking fights at LWW but no need to think he doesn't train or does it on purpose etc.
