Never really liked Pulev. Saw him a bunch as an amateur and found him to be something of a frontrunner who could not adapt and MAY not have been a very hard worker in the gym. As a pro he has been winning soley on his physical gifts and has shown some the same faults that kept him from reaching his potential as an amateur.

However, seeing how much derrick hates him, I am starting to really root for the guy...

I point out that he is overrated by Wlad fans boys. Does not mean I hate the guy. But we all know why he is being hyped on this forum.

Well you have a point there. No one in the top 10 really stands out when you really look at it. it is sad when people are claiming a 32 year old with 9 ko's is the best contender. I hope Price does well next week. Its ashame it seems he has a weak chin. Price is fun to watch. His style is fun to watch but if his chin is that bad he will have to start the jab and grab style like Wlad. I wish boxing would have another heavyweight that gets everyone exited. Its going to take a lot to repair the damage the Klitschkos have done. No one takes being heavyweight champion serious anymore.

Actually, the more talented between the two, for Vitali's own ammission, is Wlad; the only advantage VK would have would be his chin, but wlad's weak chin is only a myth, and Vitali would barely be able to touch him, while i don't think he could hold up the distance under Wlad's laser guided missiles.

I'm not sure, many on that and other lists could be moved without big surprises. Some fighters could be moved up, others down, and it would be totally reasonable.

I don´t know how Vitaly of today would do in a fight with Wlad, as he´s gotten old and doesn´t look as strong and fast he was a few years ago. Prime vs. prime i would favour Vitaly though. Wlad may be more talented but couldn´t keep Vitaly at bay, as they are about the same size and without the ability to compete in a war, i´m sure he would get stopped.
