Derry Matthews and Paul Smith whats the beef?

    Derry was pissed because a newspaper article Paul wrote in the Liverpool Echo. He said Derry was a stepping stone for Crolla who will go on to bigger things. When Crolla got stopped by Derry, Derry looked at Paul and said "Some ****ing stepping stone". But they didn't like each other way before the Crolla fight. Its someone to do when they were kids.

    It was nothing to do with the Smiths supporting their mate.

    That's clearly wrong cos I was Stephens sparring partner for the fight and in the same stable etc

    Yes Derry if someone was from Scotland and you trained with them and good mates, you would back the Scottish lad against a scouser. You stick by your mates if your a true mate.

    BTW great to see a boxer post. Some of the warriors on here need a good right hook of the boxers they troll.

    I don't snarl mate I went to watch my mate Dodson who I grew up in same amature club and speak to him everyday on phone , plus am also a boxing fan so enjoyed all fights last night

    The first time tony and Paul boxed I did not attend the show I grew up with tony under same club spoke to him everyday on phone and Paul was a training partner who I trained with everyday so I sent both same text message as they was told weeks leading up to fight i wasnt going and sent both of them same message saying best of luck may best man win
