might as well stop thread X vs X being made then, like janitor said everything said is backed up,we dont make outrageous claims or anything without solid proof..by the way where does it end? is it absurd to say Foreman hit the hardest? Ali has the best feet?. you just chuck out walcott etc were past it,old but those Marciano supporters "try to make out"??? you smell of hypocrisy..the man standing in front of them was Joe Louis

NO Shawn Kemp is the typical perosn who knows boxing and He Grant, Janitor, Pete the Prince, ect ect ect are all Marciano fans which mean they have no clue about boxing.

Hilarious how no ******ed Marciano fan has answer the question yet. Name one 220 pound world class heavyweight that Marciano fought and knocked out.

Marciano is a murderous puncher because white guys who don't know **** about boxing say he is. You were never hit by him and as I said you can't name one world class 220 pound heavyweight that he fought or knocked out.

I wish there was a way on this forum that you could make a thread and keep certain people from responding so I wouldn't have to see a bunch of ******ed people putting Marciano on a pedestal .

Ever try hitting a 300 pound heavy bag? Average persons punches bounce off hitting a bag like that. Marciano hit it every day and hit it like others hit a standard bag. This alone is a testament of his punching power.

Putting aside the fact that he was old when he lost to Rocky, Louis himself said that "Rocky sure could hit."

My thought on this thread is not to say Marciano was the hardest hitter ever as I do not think he was ... however, he was a big time puncher, especially pound for pound .. while anyone can deny anything it's a hard point to try and actually prove ..

Yeah Houdini Marciano punching a punch bag means he hit harder than 230 pound heavyweights. Yep I see your ******ed logic another moron on ignore.

Kemps a real....well...."different" character. Why all the seething hate towards one of the real good guys in boxing history? Rockys punching power is a given. His power is certainly on par with Dempsey or Louis....among the hardest in hwt history. All three had the ability to put their body weight behind their punches which in many ways is a lost art today.
