    because Lucas didnt want to fight for it. Lucas thought he was going to lose and didnt want to lose his mandatory for Danny's belt

    Nah he thought he would win and the WBC would then prevent the fight from happening due to their "no unifications" policy. Unfortunately for him, it looks like Garcia will still not take the fight even without a convenient WBC excuse.

    Its a joke. He was caught with PED's, was KO'd in his last fight yet still has a world title. Boxing politics at its finest.

    oh that's because he was medically cleared and was "prescribed" the synthetic testosterone.

    I know it's a bunch of BS, but that's the technical reason why he has the belt
