Mayweather/Ortiz fight and weigh in, but no pressers or "meet and greets."

At the Hopkins-Cloud fight, Mayweather was very fan friendly. Sat with a bunch of fans for a spell, signed some autographs took some pictures with them- even took some himself with his cell phone. Seemed to genuinely be enjoying himself moving about the crowd. He was by himself the entire time. I expected an entourage or some bodyguards.

Great great dude in person. I could tell a story about him signing autographs in Grand Rapids but it will take a long time to type. Essentially went over the police (who were keeping fans away and trying to kick them out early). He told them to come to him and made sure to sign everything given to him. Police were asking us to leave and he told them to hold the phone.

Just a really nice guy (at least in my one and only encounter with him)

The one thing that stuck me as Floyd styled (with a walking stick) towards the dais for a Marques presser, was how long his arms were. They practically touched the floor with ever step.

  11. I saw him in New York City on June 24th I think it was. Seemed like a cool dude. His arms actually did look long compared to his height/body

That's the impression I always got. It's all just hype, for the most part. Sure, he had that little domestic dispute, but that was a personal problem. I think that's why he's always nice after the fight. The show is over.
